I’m getting ready to start The 30 Clean 20-Day Modified Holiday Challenge tomorrow and ever since I did the challenge in September, I’ve *tried* to eat healthier and less-processed (what happened on Thanksgiving day, stays with only those there!).
Anyway, my weight is down to something I’m happier with while I prepare for my Viking Iconic Mediterranean Cruise in February. This morning, I made paleOMG’s Sheet Pan Breakfast Bake and I really liked how it turned out and how tasty it was!!
I used Pederson’s Uncured No Sugar Hickory Smoked Bacon and basil instead of cilantro as I had a lot of fresh basil from my herbs and no cilantro.
