Short post today and no pictures! Started the challenge today and had leftover from yesterdays Sheet Pan Breakfast Bake for a late breakfast and Model Meals Beef Stroganoff + Butternut Squash Rice for an early dinner.
The Non-Food Challenge of the Day is to set my intention, so here it is. My intention is to continue to make “better” choices when it comes to my eating habits. Since the September challenge, I’ve felt so much better about my body image and I’m able to fit into all my clothes from 3-4 years ago when I lost 50 pounds and before I put about 25 pounds of it back on! The best part is that I’ve been making dinner for the family at least 3 nights a week and I’m kinda proud as to how my meals have been turning out! Plus it doesn’t hurt that it tastes pretty darn good as well.
The quick run-down is that I’m pretty much down to no gluten or grains of any kind, no dairy, no legumes, no added sugar (real or artificial) and no preservatives. Everything is fresh and organic…nothing processed allowed! I’m looking forward to *not* putting on the weight this holiday season!
